Is Katie a professional photographer or really just a secret wing-woman, hype-woman, or day-of-wedding-bestie? Let’s assume for a moment that her photography is amazing. If you are looking at this review, you probably already know that. But what really mattered on the day of my wedding was that she was there when she needed to be at the exact right moment and still gave me the space to be present and not have to worry about always looking good for a photo. She was so receptive to my multiple mood boards and integrated the vibes I was going for into all of our photos. Five gold stars, an A+, and a home run. If you couldn’t already tell, I highly recommend Katie!

We have loved working with Katie! Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful and Katie’s relaxed, caring nature was so appreciated. And when my family had a number of last-minute changes and challenges right before the wedding, Katie was never flustered. Katie is not only great to work with, but her photography style is absolutely stunning with a combination of candid, editorial, and artful photos. Both the guests and the wedding party enjoyed working with Katie. She perfectly captured all the important moments while staying behind the scenes. In fact, I often forgot she was even there. Two days after the wedding, Katie sent us preview photos that were gorgeous. I would be happy with just the preview photos but can’t wait to see the final prints!

I could not have been happier with my experience working with Katie when she photographed my wedding in Hawaii. She did an outstanding job and we are in love with our wedding photos! Katie was subtle and blended in so well . She gave us just enough guidance when we needed it. She took the time to take creative, special, and memorable photos of my dress, our rings, etc. She did a great blend of action shots and portraits, my only complaint is that there were just absolutely so many beautiful ones to choose from that it was hard to know which ones to put in our album! Katie is extremely professional, sweet, flexible, and someone who you would want at your wedding whether she was the photographer or not! Definitely cannot recommend her enough!!
